Stylish and bright 3 bedroom bungalow with super comfy Endy beds, new bathroom, AIR CONDITIONING, electric fireplace, eat-in country kitchen, high speed internet, 3 smart TVs with cable, laundry and tons of parking. Large deck with patio furniture and BBQ, large front and rear yards and partial views of Grand Lake (not accessible from the property, sorry). Fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. The detached single family home sits on a private lane and is rather peaceful :) I very much enjoy spending time here myself. There are two lovely provincial parks very close by and Oakfield Golf Club. The lovely town of Fall River and all its charm is about 7-8 minutes away. Dartmouth Crossing and all it’s shopping and activities is about 20 mins away. Downtown Halifax is about 25 mins away. Best of all, the Stanfield International Airport is a hop and skip away and will soon be even easier to connect to via a new exit (well underway) off Highway 102. This is a big deal.
