We may be new HERE but we are no strangers to the short and mid-term rental market and have exclusively used the "other guys" since 2017, so we decided to try out VRBO. We prefer longer stays and will discount your stay accordingly. We have helped traveling professionals, company interns and folks relocating for over 5 years, so you can rest assured that despite our lack of feedback, that you are in very good hands! This open floor plan 2 bed 1 bath is ADA compliant and has no steps and 36" wide doors. Featuring a paved drive and walkway, lighted covered veranda and fenced in back yard with gate. Pet friendly and located in area 5 in Southeast Charlotte in a very nice neighborhood off Rea Road near Olde Providence. Property features a Schlage deadbolt with lighted keypad and your key is the last four digits of your phone number, or you can download the Schlage home app and use your phone to control the door. Two rocker recliners and a couch provide adequate seating for all in your party as well as viewing the 55" wall mounted Roku TV. Stream the provided Spectrum cable service on the Spectrum app or stream any of your own accounts in all rooms. Full kitchen with oven, range, microwave, fridge with icemaker, toaster oven, coffee maker. Dishes, plates, pots and pans, baking sheets, silverware are all included.
