Welcome to our spacious, inviting home in Fergus, Ontario. This property exudes a warm, homely vibe, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and exploration.
Our home features four well-appointed bedrooms, each designed to ensure a comfortable and restful stay. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, featuring plush bedding, ample storage, and plenty of natural light. Each room has been crafted with an eye for detail to provide an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort.
The master suite is a highlight, boasting a private, full washroom complete with a cozy hot tub. After a long day of exploration or relaxation by the pool, there's nothing quite like soaking in the hot tub, allowing the warm bubbles to envelop you in a soothing embrace.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the full property, ensuring a private, home-away-from-home experience. This includes all four bedrooms, the living and dining areas, kitchen, and any other indoor spaces.
Outside, you'll have unrestricted access to the pool and patio area, complete with outdoor furniture for your leisure. The expansive backyard is yours to explore and enjoy, whether for a morning stroll, an afternoon of sunbathing, or an evening around the fire pit.
The only off-limits area is the garage, which is used for storage. However, there is ample parking available on the driveway.
We've designed everything with your comfort in mind, ensuring you have all you need for a delightful stay in Fergus, Ontario.

As for parking, while the garage is not available and is locked, ample parking is available on the premises. You will be able to park your vehicles outside in a designated area. This makes it convenient for you to have your car easily accessible for your daily adventures around Fergus and beyond.
Please note that our property includes a separate basement unit that is not part of the rental. This unit has its own private entrance and amenities, and it may be occupied by other guests from Airbnb or other platforms during your stay.
We ensure all guests respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of others. Rest assured, your rental of the main house and outdoor spaces is exclusive and will not be shared.
