Summary: Property was very well maintained, spacious, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, equipment, and plates/tupperware, etc. The silverware was very dated and could use an upgrade though. Loved the spacious patio with two separate seating areas and gardens. The location is absolutely fantastic as it is just a 2-10 minute walk to a ton of parks, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, markets, and waterfront (including water taxi). I think the only thing I would have liked is more portable A/C units. We were there during a heat wave and 1 A/C unit was not enough to cool the entire unit, thus making the bedrooms very warm and difficult to sleep in. Would recommend at least 1 A/C unit for each sleeping area. The welcome packet has a ton of detail and communication with the host was smooth and he is very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The parking garage is a quick 1 minute walk down the hallway which is extremely convenient. Loved this place!
