The lower part of the house (the main floor) has is an open space, with kitchen, breakfast area, living room, dinning area, family room (with smart TV), laundry room, powder room and 2 fireplaces.
The kitchen and the breakfast area are facing the garden and have access to a covered patio with various lighting options, including an outdoor fireplace (not for heating but for a cozy and pleasant ambience).
In this quite and relaxing environment, you will feel a peaceful connection with the nature but in the same time you are only 5 min away from the modern , busy life.
