Overlooking Cousin’s Shore Beach, is this 4 bedroom (plus a bunkee) luxury beach house with air conditioning. 7 Wall Ave is situated in one of Prince Edward Island’s most sought after areas, Park Corner, which is known for its amazing sandy beaches with red cliffs, quiet beach communities, and close proximity to the famous town of Cavendish.
The main floor features a large family room with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean. The kitchen was just renovated to have luxury appliances and finishes. It has all cooking utensils needed to make meals at home, plus salt, pepper, oil, and basic spices.
The beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus there is a bunk house which gives an additional 5th bedroom and half bathroom. The main floor primary suite has a king size bed and an ensuite with a shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds, and bedroom 4 has a bunk bed + a twin bed. There is a main floor bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a upstairs bathroom with a shower.
Outside, there is a fire pit that overlooks the ocean, large deck with outdoor furniture and a bbq.
