Summary: Working with the Management team was good, however, the property itself needs some help.When we arrived, it looked like to hadn’t been cleaned based on the dust on the floor and counters. Also, the bed linens may have been cleaned, but there were stains, so we washed them right away to feel more comfortable. It also appeared that a dog had been at the house because the sofa was covered in dog hair.After contacting the host immediately upon arrival, a cleaner was sent within a few hours. She did a good job, but couldn’t get the place fully cleaned. The sofa still smelled and had dog hair.Additionally, the property appears to have foundation issues. The floors are not close to level, which I believe also affects the ability of the doors and windows to manage the temperature, since there are gaps.Lastly, the neighbors are not very welcoming. My wife and I had our baby shower there, and they complained about the number of cars on the street (it was only 2-3 hours during the day).While the property has potential, it needs upgrades to justify the price.
