This luxury hotel enjoys with its light perfused rooms. In June 2013 newly furnished, the residence can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms and a bright gallery (please inquire for additional guests). 3 bathrooms, swimming pool (solar heated) and sauna make for a relaxing holiday.
Location: Enjoy your breakfast overlooking the valley, mountains and glaciers. Directly behind the residence begin the pastures and a hiking trail to Schmitten height.
The number of Freizeitmöglichenkeiten in the immediate vicinity are overwhelming: mountain biking (rental bikes in Kaprun), swimming & sailing, walking in both direct and high alpine location, gliding and paragliding (landing place 1km away), horseback riding (eg.
