It's very rare to find a community with a Heated Outdoor Pool (Weather permit and could close without notice). Welcome to this peaceful view of the mountains from our Master bedroom. We have decorated our home with comfortable beds and furniture to welcome your family/friends. We are very conveniently located near Blue Mountains Village. It is only 4 minute drive or a short 13 min walk to the Village and Monterra Golf Course. Shuttle Bus is included but may be cancelled without notice.
The space
As you drive into our community, you are welcomed with the top maintenance of winter snow removal and/or summer grass cutting.
Our home was newer built with quality. We personally add our decoration touch to welcome your family/friends as well. You will not be disappointed!
- As you enter our home, you will be amazed with the Open Concept of the Living room, Dining room and Kitchen. We add beautiful lights to brighten up our space. Our 8 seating dining table will sure to entertain your family. You can entertain your family with our 70 inch smart TV or sit and enjoy the fireplace or the peacefulness of the backyard.
***Your kids will definitely enjoy playing in the wide open backyard in the winter or summer.
- Our fully stocked kitchen will make you feel just like home. You can gather your family around the centre island to enjoy a cocktail or two as well. We have also equipped the kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine and complementary coffee and tea.
- Our Master bedroom is furnished with a newer King size bed and really comfortable mattress. You can see the peacefulness of the backyard and right into the mountain of Blue Mountain sitting at our office desk. We also have a 58 inch smart TV in the bedroom. The ensuite bathroom has a beautiful soaking tub, a double sink and a separate huge standing shower.
- Our 2nd bedroom has a very comfortable Queen bed for your family/friends
- Our 3rd bedroom has 2 beds (1 Queen and 1 Twin) for your family. You can definitely sleep up to 3 people in this room
- Our 2nd Full bathroom is also located on the 2nd floor.
- You're welcome to use our Laundry facility conveniently located on the 2nd floor as well
***We utilize our garage in the winter to change your ski/snowboard equipment. In the summer, you're welcomed to use our bicycles to explore Blue Mountains
***Our community has a shared Heated Outdoor Swimming Pool for your usage in the summer. Opening and Closing of the Pool is out of our control and may change/update last minute. It is the guests responsibility to inquire about the pool and its usage.

- Front door, on-demand service is available seven days a week for all shuttle stop locations around the Blue Mountain Resort- Beach and Mountain inclusive (Currently on pause due to COVID19 regulations)
- Community swimming pool (weather and seasonal permitted). Lifeguards on duty, reservations at 7PM for next day swimming to allow for social distance swimming.
