General
Welcome to 142 Miacomet, a pristine beach house boasting stunning water views and located just a short 1/2 mile walk to Miacomet Beach. Fabulous and private back yard with a pool and lounge deck. Enjoy dining al fresco on a southerly facing deck while listening to the sounds of the waves and enjoying incredible sunsets. Many indoor and outdoor living spaces. A gorgeous property; a tranquil location!
First Floor
The front door enters into a foyer with a living room on the right boasting a t.v. and ornamental fireplace. Continue down the hallway to a study with a desk, leather chair, and french doors opening onto a large pool deck with lounge seating and a cafe table. Also off the hallway is a new bright and airy king bedroom. Continue left to a half bath and a newly refinished kitchen. The kitchen opens into a large dining area with a farm table and plenty of seating. Off the dining area is a second deck with a large table for al-fresco dining, water views, and beautiful sunsets. Step off the dining deck to a patio with a fire pit, gas grill, and charcoal grill. Off the kitchen/dining area is a mudroom/laundry room. Continue through the kitchen/dining area to a very large family room with 65 inch t.v., plenty of comfortable seating, and a foosball table. There is also a temperature controlled wine refrigerator should you choose to enjoy a few choice bottles on your vacation. New pine floors throughout.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs turn left to a large king bedroom with a window seat and spectacular water views. A full bath is in the hallway just outside the bedroom. At the top of the stairs to the right is a second bedroom with twin beds and water views. Another full bath is next to this bedroom. Continue down the hallway to the right and you will find two additional bedrooms. The third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bath, and panoramic views of the pond and ocean. The fourth upstairs bedroom has a twin over full bunk and a trundle bed, and water views. This floor also has new pine flooring throughout. All bathrooms have updated tile and fixtures.
