Pier 96 Townhomes are located at the southern part of Lake Greenwood (deepest and clearest water). Bring your own boat or rent one and dock steps from your back door! Summary: The condo on Lake Greenwood is a great property - clean, beautifully furnished, view on the lake is spectacular- our second year staying for a month - one of the best VRBO properties ever - do yourself a favor and relax on the lake in this lovely property
