Summary: Great size place with large kitchen. Plenty of pans, utensils, dishes. Bring your own food & cooking oil, condiments. 2 fridges! Kitchen table fits 8. Nice living room with French doors to patio. Great porch area with day bed, large open windows, table for four to eat & 2 raised chairs facing nice view of ocean over house tops. French doors to bedroom. Nice sea breeze & crashing waves heard. 2 gas fireplaces. Heat, no air conditioning. Large bathrooms, large walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Convenient 2 garage parking spots a plus. Good street parking behind and side street spots available. Walk to beach, short drive to pier, harbor, dining. Owner very responsive with any questions! Easy check-in & out instructions.
