Guests have full access to their private suite accessible on the left side of the home and outdoor patio area. Parking for one vehicle is allocated in front of the home on the street. This house has one set stairs leading down the outdoor entrance but no stairs inside the home.
We want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our home the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness including extra attention, to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house. Also, all linens including throw blankets, decorative pillows, and bath mats are washed in hot water. Due to increased precautions and cleaning protocols, check out is 10am to allow for extra cleaning time.
Please be aware that our policies require guests to be at least 30 years old to make a reservation.
The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the suite respectfully tidy while taking care of the furniture & belongings inside.
