It is 2 minutes from all local restaurants, shopping, a paved, outdoor walking track, tennis courts/pool, and local airport. Our local community center offers golf, basketball, volleyball, weight rooms, racquetball, an indoor track, and a kids recreational area, located less than 5 minute from this house.
This home is excellent for business, recreational, and personal travel. It sits on a large, one acre lot surrounded with beautiful, grand pine trees shading a spacious deck perfect for grilling and morning coffee. The plentiful living room houses a large 55” smart tv with local cable and Wi-Fi as well as comfortable, plush furniture to make you feel at home. Summary: We spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Us Great-Aunts taught cooking to Great-niece. It was fun. Celebrated a birthday. Reminised family times. Ate, drank tea & soda. Played games. Took photos. It rained a lot of the time there. But we stayed and enjoyed each other's company.
