This lakefront duplex is renting the downstairs unit which is a two bedroom apartment ( each with one queen bed) and one bathroom with an open kitchen and living room combined. The downstairs unit is at ground level and has two large picture windows and a patio door with excellent lake views.
The sun rises across the lake from your picture windows (and the full moon).
Every time you look at the beautiful lake there is something different to see. It also changes with the seasons. The property is 1.6 acres and goes right to the waters edge with a dock and canoe and two kayaks available for your use and at your own risk of course. All accessories included at no extra cost. Just sign a weaver release that you are using at your own risk.

We are located 20 minutes from Alma, in Fundy National Park and the same from Sussex and Petitcodiac. Moncton and Saint John are 1 hour away with Fredericton 1.5 hours away.
This is very central for southern New Brunswick and only 3 hours from Halifax and Charlottetown, PEI.
Minimum rental is for 3 days in June, July, August and September for now.
