In our cozy and private home you will be able to enjoy the entire house which is set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acre property, fully fenced and gated to ensure that you have a secure place to park your vehicles or boat.
Close to town, shopping, the recreation center, walking distance to trails, lakes and minutes from the ocean.
Enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio which overlooks the back of the property (3/4 acre) with its landscaped gardens, grapes and a blueberry orchard.
The interior of the house has been renovated and beautiful artwork adorns the walls.
Two living rooms allow for you and your party to have some privacy. One living room is at the front of the house with a gas fireplace, this a a relaxing spot for reading and socializing. Exit the front living room into the spacious dining room and kitchen which is a wonderful space for entertaining. Exit the kitchen into the other living room (the TV room) which is situated at the back of the house which exits onto the patio and out the back door, this space has cable TV with Netflix, private bathroom and a new sofa bed with a queen size memory foam mattress.
We also have two comfortable grey recliner chairs in the TV room that fit together to make a single bed.
We have lots of secure storage space for bikes, boats and any other toys that you might want to bring.
Please enjoy the property by taking a walk out back into the gardens, pick some blueberries, apples, cherries, herbs or any other fruits that are ripe and enjoy!
