Summary: Good and responsive communication with property manager, clean property, gated and secure free parking and building access; Less than 5 minutes to a grocery store and pharmacy; walking distance to district restaurants; close to downtown attractions; essentially wheelchair accessible with the exception of a small 3” step that was fairly easy to navigate. A quick 10-15 minute drive to Children’s Hospital and the St Louis Zoo.
