The space
Unwind in a country setting located across from a century old golf course, that also serves as a cross country ski circuit in the winter. The home is newly built and designed for its exterior to blend into the farmlands surroundings. Its interior is a balanced fusion of modern farmhouse with a Scandinavian feel. It's no step access makes getting in and out of the home easy for anyone. The main floor has heated flooring throughout and 9 foot ceilings.
A 3 car parking lot is joined to the home by a gravel walkway to the entrance, giving access to the long mudroom and main living space. The main living space offers many windows and a wide patio door that surround the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
The kitchen has a peninsula counter for guests to gather around with friends and family. Fully stocked with everything one needs in a kitchen, you can enjoy cooking in an open space with brand new appliances.
Enjoy a meal or a board game at the dining room table that is central to the living space and has views on the fireplace and surrounding windows looking out to the golf course.
Relax by the gas fireplace after a day outside, after dinner socializing, or relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the TV. Sofa, chairs, and a Smart Tv adorn the area.
An alcove leads to the master bedroom and walk-in closet on the left hand side and full bathroom/laundry room on the right hand side. In between the bedrooms, there is a full bathroom that includes a shower/bathtub and a single vanity. To the right hand of the stairs is located the last bedroom that has two single beds.
The front porch has a post and beam roof over the entire facade. In the backyard there is a concrete patio that is located right off the kitchen. There is a propane BBQ that is at your disposal
