It is located in a new residential area, a short walk to Carvolth Park and Ride, close to parks, and major roads leading to shopping areas and eateries.

Everything is brand new, with a chef-quality gas range, fridge with built-in filter water/ice dispenser, quartz counters, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Next to the kitchen is a full dining space with a table seating for 4 people.

The master bedroom (with ensuite) has a comfortable queen bed.

Please make note of our House Rules, as they are a condition of stay. Violation can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
House Rules:
1) No parties or events of any kind are permitted.
2) The security cameras must not be disconnected, moved, covered, or tampered with in any way. The camera is only facing the entrance.
3) There is NO smoking of any kind permitted in the unit. A $200 fine for each day of your stay will apply for smoking inside the unit.
4) No pets are allowed.
5) Please remove shoes when inside. We have slippers provided at the entrance
6) No unregistered guests. If you have visitors who are not on the guest list, please inform your host.
7) Please respect our neighbors.
8) Please keep the noise level down after 10 pm.
9) You must wait for the parking garage gate to close behind you.
10) Any fines or fees incurred during your stay will be charged to you
11) If you lose the Fob, there will be a fine of $150.
