At the very end of the subdivision, sits this contemporary cottage with high end finishings. The open concept upper level features the living room, dining room, and kitchen which has floor to ceiling windows to let in the sunlight and incredible view of the countryside and water. Keep cool with heat pumps that feature A/C on both levels of the cottage. There are 2 bedrooms on this level as well- both with queen size beds and TV's. Also a full bathroom with a standup shower.
Downstairs are 2 additional bedrooms- one with a brand new king size bed (2025), and one with bunk beds (double on bottom and twin on top). Both bedrooms feature sliding patio doors to the backyard.
There is a second entertaining area with a couch and TV, as well as a wet bar with a wine fridge, and an additional coffee maker. The bathroom has a standup shower and a washer and dryer. For your convenience, there is a travel crib and baby gates available
to use if you are travelling with little ones.
Take in the views from the upper deck that has an outdoor patio set and muskoka chairs. There is a fire pit area that overlooks the water, where you can have relaxing evenings.
