Cottage located in the Laurentians, in Tremblant, facing Lac Maskinongé. It was renovated and redecorated in fall 2020. Monthly/Seasonal rentals only.
The dock and the boats are directly in front of the cottage (Access in front of the cottage, with swimming on the spot, very beautiful lake for FISHING,). It is 10 min from the village of Tremblant and 2 min from St-Jovite. It has 2 bedrooms and a basement with bunk bed and sofa bed, for 7 people maximum including children.
SUMMER:
The cottage is 2 min from the "petit train du nord" (175 km of road/cross bike trails). Several ATV trails are nearby. For the road bike enthusiasts, the cottage is close to the Tremblant circuit.
The chalet is a few km from several ski and slide mountains, as well as 3 spas.
WINTER:
Snowshoeing and skiing on the lake
Canoe, pedal boat, bbq, indoor and outdoor fireplace, internet, wood, cable, wifi, flat screen TV, washer-dryer, etc...
We wish to rent it to very respectful and quiet people only (7-8 people max).
