We are a 5-minute drive from downtown and a 8-minute walk to some of the best bars and restaurants in East Nashville including; Basement East, Buchter & Bee, and Edley's BBQ. Whether you are looking to explore the food and culture or dance all night at the honky-tonks we have you covered. We love our neighborhood's vibrant music, food, and art culture and know you will too.
📝 GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes, and more. During registration, you’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).
📜 HOUSE RULES
These are all no-brainers but we don’t want any confusion, so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed for 3 nights from Thurs-Sunday. There were a couple very minor inconveniences but the easy, consistent, helpful and rapid responses via text were great. There were 8 people in our party and we had MORE than enough space. The 3.5 bathrooms made life super easy. We checked out the Donut Distillery, Printers Alley, The Noelle Speakeasy and rooftop bar, Peg Leg restaurant, Broadway, Opry Mills Mall, and The Gulch. We didn’t pay more than $20 on Uber rides and it was always less than 30 mins to travel to any of the locations. I would definitely stay again! Thanks Stay Minty for the awesome communication and overall experience.
