Two Favorite Listings Combined Into ONE! Located on a 2 acre property in the heart of Amish country not far from the buzz of Lancaster, but tucked away in a very secluded area. This is a perfect place for a quiet weekend or family getaway!
The tiny A-Frame and the Home are directly beside a cornfield. Keep an eye out for turkeys and deer (Especially when the corn is short) Surrounded by property of non hunters, this is a place where wildlife thrives.
Originally built in 1844 as a one room school house, the home was renovated in 2020 while still including many of the original features such as big stone walls, Stone dining room floor, and much more now resembles a unique farm style home.
In 2024 We added a very unique tiny home to the back of the property! You will have access to the entire two acre property and both homes. Enjoy the hot tub on the back patio of the home, or the built in sauna on the tiny home deck. This is truly a one of a kind experience!

You will have access to the entire property and the two parking areas.
A Few Additional Notes:
1. There is a NO pet policy. Any violation of this will result in removal of the property and a fine of $500 or up to $1,000 if any damage occurs.
2. No Smoking: If there are any signs of smoking the renter agrees to pay $200 per day

3. There is basic wifi in the main house, but no wifi in the Tiny Home
4. The house and tiny home water comes straight from our well on site and is safe to drink.
5. AFRAME ONLY: The shower and hot running water are usable between April 15th - November 15th. If your stay falls outside of these dates, the main home will still have water.
