Welcome to our spacious brand new home in Edmonton. It is a modern 1600 sqft single family house with a detached double garage. The home is beautifully finished, containing a lot of upgrades throughout.
Located in the prestigious Summerside/Orchards Area in South Edmonton, the house is 15 mins away from Airport while being closed to all amenities. You are 5 minutes away from banks, restaurants , groceries from Market at Summerside.
A major shopping centre, South Edmonton Common is 10 mins away.
My wife and I bought this place so we can visit our Edmonton relatives more often. For the most part of the year, the house is unoccupied because I have work in BC and we both love travelling. We decided to open our house to Airbnb guests while we are not around. Much effort was put into renovating this beautiful house and it is our honour if guests appreciates it.
We have a cream genuine leather recliner set, high-end entertainment unit and a 50-inch smart TV in the living room. The visually striking 3D wallpaper is actually my favourite part of the living area. As a fan of Hockey and Football, I understand how undesirable it is to miss a game while travelling. This will not be a concern for if you are staying in our place. Our Shaw cable package contains both TSN and Sportsnet packages in additional to some other lifestyle, entertainment and News packages. With a smart TV, you could also connect to your Netflix account. You will not miss the shows/games you love.
The kitchen is beautifully finished with white cabinets and a light grey Quartz countertop. It is fully stocked with pans and pots, utensils, sea salt and pepper, cooking oil. All stainless steel kitchen appliances are from Samsung and guests can have full access to the kitchen during their stay. The coffee/office area is on the other side. There is a Keurig machine, guests can feel free to bring their own k-cups if they want their perfect cup of coffee in the morning. Guests can also try our k-cup selections that changes from time to time (subjected to availability from stores).
Dining area features an upgraded light fixture and a high-end modern glass top dining set with 6 stylish walnut/black leather dining chairs which is designed to provided excellent back support.
The bedrooms upstairs each features a textured feature wall. We designed a light and darker theme to create a contrast between the bedrooms. Each bedroom has one queen bed, a double door closet, dresser and a night lamp. Katy and I, together with many others, believe in having a good night's sleep is the most valuable thing after a long day. That is the reason we invested into quality Canadian Branded mattresses set as well as Canadian made down duvets to ensure our guests will sleep like they do at their own homes.
The bathroom upstairs is equipped with a 3 compartment soap dispenser and a non-slip bathtub mat for guests to use. Guests can also find the laundry area upstairs. Washer and Dryer pair are from Samsung as well, they are straight forward to use and pretty quiet. We supply quality laundry detergent and dryer sheets from Costco.
