Welcome to this newly built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse. 20 minutes away from downtown Ottawa, we're the only place in Orleans that has a game room, which is perfect for the family and kids. For those of you that have an infant, we also have a play pen available.
This property boasts a king bed and 2 queen beds, with a fully equipped open concept kitchen, complimentary Netflix and complimentary shampoo & body wash.
Close to local grocery stores, gyms, parks & restaurants.

This property boasts 2.5 bathrooms. Half bathroom in the entrance and two upstairs. One being a shared bathroom between bedrooms 2 & 3 and the other is an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom.

Basement
This is the most unique part of the property. You will find a game room, with an arcade station, air hockey, a PS4 and an Xbox One X.
Backyard
As this is a new build and the winter hit, the back yard is not private. We will be adding a deck and a BBQ in the warmer months.
You will be able to access the entire house.
We prefer to allow guests the sense of privacy. We are available if needed.
This is a newly built residential area. There are some new houses that are still under construction.
Guests will be able to access local amenities, just a short drove or medium length walk (within 15-20 minutes).
Partying is strictly prohibited. Any complaints made by other neighbors regarding partying, excessive noise or loud music will be subjected up to a $500 surcharge and may be asked to leave without refund.
Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
Deposits may be required.
Waste removal is every 2 weeks. Guests will be responsible to remove their own waste during their stay. Please search "Garbage and recycling collection calendar Ottawa" online for details on when to remove waste.
