The beautiful Miraloma complex is located at 2326 Harbour Road beside the famous Latch Restaurant in Sidney by the Sea BC. It is a large 1 bedroom unit with all the comforts of home plus beautiful views out all the windows. It is nestled in the quiet oceanfront cul-de-sac only a 30-minute walk to the town of Sidney or a 7-minute drive. Hikes and nature walks are bountiful, but walking to the resort-style town of Sidney and exploring all the boutique shops and fabulous restaurants is also a fabulous way to spend the day.
This unit has a spa-like decadence with its corner soaker tub, granite countertops, laundry, air conditioning, patio, and beautiful common area with a large fireplace to sit and enjoy a book. There is underground secured parking for vehicles, there is a gym, bicycle storage, a sauna, and beautiful grounds to walk around. The bathroom is very large with a beautiful soaker tub with a separate walk-in shower.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $275 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 14 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. For reservations of 30 days or longer, you will need to cancel before 30 days of travel for a full refund less the $175 administrative fee. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
