This home is reverse living with the main living area on the top floor. Three flights of stairs elevate you to a wonderful view of the Columbia River.
There are 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and 2 bedrooms each with XL twins that can be pushed together to create a king. The bedrooms are also individually temperature controlled.
The main (top) level is open and comfortable, with lots of natural light and big views of the river, with the kitchen and main living space. The first bedroom level has 1 ensuite king bedroom, a King guest room & a Queen guest room sharing a full bathroom, along with the laundry room. The lower bedroom level has the 2 twin rooms with a total of 4 twin beds, and a shared guest bath, along with a small TV room.

Summary: We loved our stay in this modern townhome. It was in the perfect location close to the second Ave. stairs and we walked all over town and down to the beach. There was enough space for us to spread out into all hang out together. The only thing is There are a lot of stairs and four levels so be prepared to do a lot of going up and down, but the views from the top level are worth it.! It was very easy to communicate with the property manager too, and that was helpful..
