You can use a single code on the gates and the wifi enabled deadbolts to access the property. There is ample parking and complimentary access to a level 2 EV charging station on site. You’ll have sole access to the entire 916 square foot cottage with its own private 400 square foot cement patio with BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. The second bedroom has a set of double over double bunk beds and the living room couch converts to a double bed in a pinch as well. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and enjoy the latest movie or series in 4K from your choice of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Crave and HBO. There is a mobile computer desk to provide plenty of options for remote work if your work travels with you.
