The space
The villa is located in a huge lot where kids will love to slide down the slopes in the snow or play hide and seek in the woods the rest of the seasons. A front patio with a BBQ invites you to enjoy your meal with spectacular views of Mont Pinnacle and Lake Lyster. The back patio has a brand-new Jacuzzi hot tub and a lounging area in the tranquility of the woods. Enjoy a drink around the fire pit with majestic views of the lake and mountains.
Main Floor:
The villa offers an open floor concept combining living room, dining room and kitchen in the main floor with huge bay windows offering spectacular views. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and a 55-inch smart TV with free Samsung TV channels, Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney Plus and YouTube Apps. Enjoy your morning coffee with our coffeemaker (coffee and milk powder included) or Nespresso machine with Aeroccino milk frother (capsules not included). The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials: dishwasher, utensils, cookware, stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven toaster, oven with air fryer, fondue, raclette etc. A washer and dryer are also at your disposal. The master bedroom in the main floor has big windows with beautiful views, a king bed, workspace, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, towel heater and direct access to the Jacuzzi in the back patio. There is another spa-like bathroom on the main floor with claw-foot tub and forest views. Besides, there is a day bed in a lounging area with twin beds to sleep 2 adults. Lounge area with day bed, dining room and master bedroom have ceiling fans.
Top Floor:
The top floor has a newly renovated powder room and three bedrooms with queen beds, tower fans and nice views. The 2 bigger bedrooms have workspace or study area for kids.
Ground Floor:
On the ground level there is another living room with a wood burning fireplace and bar. There is a huge room with a professional pool table offering nice views from the bay windows. Besides, there is a day bed with twin beds to sleep 2 adults, a huge den and a bathroom with pressure balance body jet shower.
With high-speed (473 MDPS) wireless internet and workspace in three big bedrooms the villa is ideal for working remotely.
All beds have brand new premium quality mattress.
For 4 people we have 2 air beds so we can accommodate 16 in total.
We also have a charging station for electric vehicles.
