Only 50 meters from chairlifts, village & its many attractions & restaurants !!! Stylish 2 bedrooms condo renovated and updated (1 queen bed in 1st room and a double bed with a twin bunk bed in the 2nd room). Kitchen equipped with full stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave & dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. Large flat screen Smart TV and cosy electrical fireplace in the living room. Parking for 2 cars (rare at the mountain). A few steps from the slopes & all Tremblant has to offer !
The space
Location, location, location !!! Stylish yet comfortable decor...impeccably clean.
Our condo can host up to 7 guests, but for an ultimate comfort, ideally a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children, since there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
Other things to note
La Chouette is our mountain retreat, our home, and our neighbours are our community, our friends. Thank you for caring for it as much as we do and respecting its quietness. By doing so, you will allow us to continue sharing it with the Airbnb community !
All types of smoking, including electronic, is strictly prohibited inside our home and on the whole La Chouette community property, including the exterior.
Whenever possible, it is our pleasure to make special arrangements for early arrival or late check-outs. Nevertheless, as this is a busy time at the mountain, we ask that you vacate the unit and parking promptly by 11 am unless agreed otherwise in advance. Our housekeeping team will charge us a fee if they cannot acces our unit by 11:15 and might also have to come back at the end of the day, which would have a great impact on our arriving guests. Therefore late departures may incur fees up to 200$ if check out has not been completed by 11:15. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in offering our arriving guests a timely check-in.
If the garbage and recycling are not taken out, the dishes cleaned or dishwasher loaded and started upon departure, a minimal fee will also be deducted from the deposit.
As tempting as it might be, please do not feed the deer or wild turkeys. This is for your security as well as theirs.
ANIMAL:
Only one (1) SMALL dog is permitted inside the condo. The dog can not, at any time, be left alone inside the apartment. He must be accompanied by a person at all time during your stay. Also, an extra 25$, per stay, will be required for your dog. Sorry no cats. The La Chouette community requires that dogs be leashed at all times when on the property and that their litter is cleaned up immediately ( they must relieve themselves by the curb or deep into the woods). Extra charges may be incurred for unusual cleaning fees. Other penalities, which might include vacating without refund, may be applied which if rules are not followed or if dogs are brought without prior arrangements with the host.
