Summary: Liked the look of the hotel from the booking site reasonable price and location. Room was large , bed was comfy, location quiet and a good shower. Short walk to the lake where we luckily caught a bar for a beer before it closed it was Sunday afternoon. Eat in the restaurant next to the hotel which good although like the UK eating out in France is not the cheapest. Only issue we had was when a member of staff marched into our locked room without knocking. It was a bit embarrassing as I was about to shower. No apology until we raised it with the reception staff. But on the whole it was a good overnight stay. If you are heading north from here towards Calais and not in a busting hurry I would recommend the D road route towards Bourg-en-Bresse. Very pretty via beautiful gorges and cuts out some tolls and saves on back tracking into Chambery which was a bit of a mess to pick up the Autoroute.

Summary: The midweek rates here are a fantastic bargain. About $60 per night on Expedia for top comfort, mountain views, friendly staff, good TV. Just a 10 minute walk to a free beach and a public bus stop right in front..

Summary: A renovated hotel, ideal for 1-2 nights when on the way to or around Lac de Bourget. While booking the information was that check in was until 11pm but in reality it finishes earlier! nobody was at the reception or picked up the phone. However we found that the list of names and numbers of the rooms were on the desk and the keys were inside the rooms... Not a bad idea, in fact, but I would advise to use an electronic coded locker for the future and send a key by SMS. Otherwise, is may create problems one day... Just a comment.
The hotel was clean and the bed was good. Planning to stay next time if passing by.

Summary: Love this hotel. Have stayed here before. There is no restaurant actually in the hotel, but there is one next door. It's very convenient for the airport; it's close enough to walk to (if you're the energetic type) but it isn't noisy. Lovely walks near the lake too.

Summary: It was a budget hotel used as a stopover en route to the 3 valleys, they were able to change from my booked double bed to two singles due to a change of plans. The hotel was basic but clean and comfortable, overall would stay again.
