WELCOME TO SERENITY BY THE BAY
Located on the North Shore, adjacent to world famous Cavendish, the National Park and Anne of Green Gables. This spacious private waterfront 3 bedroom air conditioned/heated property boasts an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room, complete with two full baths. Situated in the very popular Seawood Estates, offering year round access/use, and mere minutes to 4 popular Island golf courses, watercraft rentals, seasonal/year round restaurants and numerous other amenities.
Bedrooms have a king, queen and double bed accommodating up to 6 people. Features include 3 decks, one of which is a 430 sq. ft. two tiered deck outfitted with a dining patio table, large umbrella and BBQ overlooking New London Bay.
The property is surrounded by trees making for a private retreat yet is only a few steps to the shores of New London Bay. Watch the oyster fisherman collect their catch or sit on the deck or shore in front of the cottage offering views of the sand dunes of the Cavendish National Park. Miscellaneous watercraft available for rent in the area. Conveniently located within a 30 minute drive to/from Charlottetown, Summerside or the Confederation Bridge.
A fully stocked kitchen with a Jenn Air stove, fridge, dishwasher and outdoor BBQ accommodates meals at home. The cottage comes complete with a heat pump for air conditioning/heating, furnace, laundry, dishwasher, high speed internet, smart tv with cable and a propane fireplace. There is also a red stone fire pit to build campfires at night. The adjacent stair access to the shore allows easy access to the water.
