Ocean theme/rustic decor shine throughout our suite. Private entry into first-floor level of main house. Kitchen and spa bathroom have heated tile flooring for extra warmth and comfort.
Kitchen: Make yourself at home using the fully-equipped kitchen stocked with necessities for cooking full meals (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, baking pans, slow cooker etc.) Furnished with full-sized fridge and stove plus microwave. Coffee/tea bar is stocked with basics such as coffee, teas, cream, sugar, Spices, oil etc. are provided for your ease instead of having to bring or purchase such things upon arrival.
Dining Area: Intimate dining area for 1-4 guests.
Bedroom: King-sized bed with pillow top comfort, assorted pillows and lovely cozy bedding for restful sleep. Black-out curtains for daytime naps! Armoire for clothing and luggage racks for suitcases.
Sofa Bed: Double-sized pull-out sofa in living room area will be set up if requested ahead of time; it is suitable for two children/teenager(s)-sized people or one cozy couple :) Pillow top creates COMFORT, challenging the known standard of the "not-so-comfy pull-out"; we've made it actually feel like a regular cozy and relaxing bed, with lovely sheets, pillows and comforter.
Spa Bathroom: Four-foot beautifully tiled shower with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, lotion, soap and towels supplied. Comfortable spa bathtub, heated floor, full vanity, and lovely decor for enhanced peace and tranquility.
R-E-L-A-X-A-T-I-O-N is our motto for your stay. Two spa robes are available for your use.
Living Room(s): Two comfortable seating areas connected within one large space. One section has lots of natural lighting perfect for cozy reading on a rainy day (and where the sofa bed is located); the other section contains a 50 inch Smart TV where Shaw cable and Netflix are accessible and provided free for your entertainment. Games, toys, puzzles, cards and books are provided for your enjoyment (children's as well).
Laundry: Stacked washer and dryer are available free for your use and are located within a closet inside the suite. Laundry soap is provided.
Guest Access: Private partially covered outdoor patio next to kitchen area with outdoor seating to perhaps have a beverage, enjoy the view and relax rain or shine. Host-space is next to this area, however full screening is set up to ensure your comfort and privacy. Full-sized BBQ provided.
Private 2nd outdoor area: Next to private main door entry; space captures the later afternoon/early evening sun in summer.
Good wi-fi signal.
Woodstove in suite, however it is not usable due to insurance restrictions. We do however, have an electric stove in the TV area that puts out instant extra warmth if needed, and provides a nice ambiance.
15 min. south of Courtenay & easy access to whole Comox Valley.
