Oceana Acres is a spacious 2300sf main level of a luxurious home, with 14' high ceilings and massive bedrooms. Many areas to sit and enjoy the views from inside or out on a large, covered porch. The breathtaking views and wildlife instantly captivate your attention (tons of bunnies birds and deer!)
Wake up in the master suite from your king size bed to surreal tangerine sunsets, fall asleep to the moon shimmer across the Juan de Fuca Straight. You will find a TV, two large sliding glass closets, coffee station and seating area in the master bedroom as well. French doors lead to the massive covered deck, and the bathroom boasts an extra large tub to soak in, bubble bath provided.
The second bedroom is also huge, with a queen bed, tv, fold out sofa, large closet and a private deck leading to the perennial garden.
The bright and spacious common areas have high ceilings to 14' and views of the Juan de Fuca Straight from almost all areas.
The Great room has 20' ceilings, sliding doors to the deck, transom windows, comfortable leather couch and love seat. It also has a large TV and a Heintzman piano.
The dining room opens to the deck through sliding glass doors, where there is optional dining seating and a BBQ.
Additional seating areas allow you to spread out and enjoy the view. Multiple games are available for guest use, and there is a Bluetooth surround system. Wi-fi is available on the property, but note that we are in a low-service cellphone area, and some mobile carriers have trouble. For many this is a lovely feature where they truly get the feeling of being out of touch.
My son daughter and I live downstairs, you might find us tending to gardens or doing yardwork in the yard below, and can help with anything you might need, but also take your privacy and comfortability to heart. We have a beautiful dog (Willow) that stays in its perimeter fence.
We allow pets, but we ask that you keep them on leashes when outside. The property is not fenced, and wildlife is everywhere.
Once you follow the long driveway, you will arrive at the house. Please stay on the pavement, and follow the Oceana Acres signs.
We request that you use the front yard, main drive and bluff area of the property.

There is a large, deep pond that is unsupervised and is used privately for the caretakers on the property. This is not meant for guest use and we do not encourage allowing small children unsupervised in the yard.
