The space
One Path End Vacation Home is situated in the heart of town on the North side of Twillingate Harbour. It is deep rooted in a quaint outport neighbourhood with vibrant culture, local art/history and local cuisine.
The two-story home has 1200 square feet of inviting living space complete with natural warm wood and earth elements offering a charming cottage ambiance. Large windows capture the natural light and ocean breezes. The living room, kitchen/dining room and bedrooms have remote controlled window blinds.
There are three bedrooms located on the second floor. Each bedroom includes custom built birch furniture, vaulted ceilings and harbour views. Upon request, the king bed can separate for two twin XLs.
The open concept kitchen/dining area is spacious and well equipped with new appliances and dishes. The dining room table comfortably seats 8-10 people offering an ideal space to dine with a group.
The living room includes an oversized couch and a large screen tv, a space to kick back and relax. The room doors add privacy for movie nights or for a quiet space to retreat on the main floor.
The upscale bathrooms feature heated tile flooring and walk in showers. Soak in the second floor bath tub with the picturesque views of sunsets behind the historical church.
Guests can enjoy any one of the three decks, whether backyard grilling or relaxing in the front porch rocking chairs. The top deck offers a tranquil space with harbour views and refreshing ocean breezes.
The home is sheltered by mature gardens and a privacy fence extending along the back deck and backyard perimeter.
An exterior wooden ramp leads to the back deck and back entrance.
There is parking for 4-5 vehicles and guests can load/offload at the ramp.
