We are so excited to host you at our newly remodeled Downtown New Albany Airbnb! This home has all the charm of a rustic cottage perfectly nestled right off Mansion Row in the historic Downtown section. Within ~10 min walk (~5min drive) to the main hub filled with many delicious restaurants and boutiques. ~10 minute drive to Louisville, KY, ~15 min to Soccer, Baseball, & Yum Stadium.

There is a beautiful fenced in backyard with firepit, gas grill, seating, and lighting for ambience that is only for this Townhouse (2 units total)

* This adorable home has a nice sized main room with a Q mattress and a quaint cozy 2nd bedroom with a Twin Bed.
* There is a Q size air mattress upon request, though please note the air mattress would likely need to be kept in the bottom living quarters for a more comfortable stay as the 2nd room is fairly quaint with the twin bed.
*We are also open to short-term lease; fully furnished.
