This 5 bedrooms, 3 bathroom deluxe rental in the foothills of Silver Star Mountain, have a view of 3 lakes and only 10 min drive to the ski resort at the top of the mountain, 15 mins to any of the 3 lakes in Vernon, 10 mins to Atlantis Water Park and more. You really get the best of both the city and the Mountain with this home.
No parties, No smoking, max 4 vehicles allowed, no noise after 9pm.
2 Kitchens, 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private entrances for the upper and lower floors or access through the house. 3 fire places, full cable and wifi. Everything you will need and more for your vacation.
This is the whole house, which is a 3 bedroom 2 bath Upper suite with interior stair access to the lower suite (also has spectacular views) which is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Both these units can be rented separately for smaller groups. Please inquiry if with of these are of interest.
This is a self check in, however owners live next door.
The home is located 10 mins away to Silver Star Ski Resort and 15 mins to any of the 3 lakes here in Vernon. It’s also only 10 mins away to Atlantis Water Park.
There is no access to the garage, locked off for the owners.
No noise from 11pm-7am.
No smoking in the home, if you smoke outside the property or balcony please do not throw butts away as we live in a fire zone.
The driveway is shared with the suite unless you have rented the whole house. 3 vehicles can fit in the driveway. Only 4 vehicles allowed at the home (3 in driveway and 1 in front of the yard, or a fee of $1000 will be incurred and collected through Air BNB.
