Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Light filled, view of ocean, large functional kitchen, balcony decks, & comfortable seating area in living room on main level. We didn’t use the ground floor level. Appreciated the Hot Tub and the proximity to walk on the beach and to visit other nearby coastal sites.

Negative: Steep stairs to get to the main area; bar b q didn’t work, hot tub leaks, no outdoor dining table and chairs. Most of the windows don’t have screens. The tower was a disappointment as it was not that comfortable to sit in for viewing & windows were dirty and didn’t open, so photos weren’t great, and space was stuffy.

Summary: We enjoyed the light filled upper space w/deck, ocean view & large kitchen.
