Unwind in our well-equipped cottage only 1h20 from Ottawa. Enjoy the eat-in kitchen supplied with drinkable well water, and spacious double living room with wood stove. The master bedroom on the main floor and mezzanine - with a queen and two singles - can fit families of up to 6. The screened veranda with space for dining and relaxing is the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the water. The cottage also comes with a gas BBQ, fire pit, private dock, swim platform, paddle boat, kayak & canoe.
This lovely 1500 square foot cottage offers everything a family or couple could need to enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the bustle of the city. The large, well-equipped kitchen and over-sized living area and veranda ensures ample space for all. There is plenty of storage space throughout. The bathroom offers a bath/shower (although we ask that no more than 2-3 showers happen at any one time so that you don't drain the well)
Guests have access to a washing machine, DVD/VCR player and a large collection of family-friendly movies and games . The TV offers USB connectivity so you can watch downloaded programs (cables not supplied). The cottage is wifi-free. However, cellular access is available via a signal booster allowing for phone calls, messaging and light streaming depending on signal strength.
The cottage sits on one acre of land bordering a tranquil lake surrounded by nature and only a handful of neighbours, offering you the opportunity to disconnect from your busy life.
Only 1h20 from Ottawa, 15 minutes from Gracefield and 30 minutes from Maniwaki, enjoy the quiet oasis of a small motor-free lake while being surrounded by larger lakes in the area, including Blue Sea Lake, Lac Long, Lac Cayamant, and Lac des Iles. Access to the cottage is paved up until the final 500 meters which is dirt road. The cottage offers parking for up to two vehicles.
Rental fees include all linens and towels.
