Large Bright and Spacious Home with 2 Kitchens, 4 Large Bedrooms, Library with Futon, Large Back Yard with 2 Parking Spots, Amazing Location, 10 minute walk from Metrotown (Largest Mall in the Province), 3 Min Walk to Bus Stop, 11 minute walk to Sky Train.
More Info:
Heated Floors, 2 Kitchens (SpiceKitchen and Main Kitchen) Main one with Electric Stove and the other with Gas Stove, Large Family Room, 4 Full Washrooms, 4 Bedrooms, Library with Futon. 2 Decks, one on the middle floor and the other at the top of the home with a good view. Private Laundry with Washer and Dryer. Please no parties or invite more than the agreed upon guests, as there are long term tenants staying on the side suite of the home, so please make sure there is no excessive noise or extremely loud tv watching after 11 pm. Please no Pets or Smoking.
There are Security Cameras outside of the home, with the TV in the Kitchen that can be viewed by guests. The Security Camera System does not record any sound, but it is accessible by myself online and I may check them periodically to make sure that there are no excessive guests or parties to disturb the Long-Term Tenants that are staying at the Side Suite. There are no cameras inside the home, please take care of the home and treat it as if it were yours.
Guest Access:
The main 4 bedroom suite is available to the guests, just the garage, the master closet and the front room closet are not available, as they contain our belongings. There is a side suite with long term tenants living that is not available. There are Locked doors so no one can open it on either side.
The Main Side of the Home will be all yours for the stay, just make sure that the long term tenants are not disturbed (they are on the side of the home). Will be staying with Family one Block over and will have my phone on me if there are any questions or if I am needed.

An amazing location where everything is close by; there is a Large Store right across the street where you can do your grocery shopping, 7/11 Corner Store that is open 24 hours, Dry Cleaning about a 4 minute Walk away, Really good Indian Chinese Fusion Restaurant 4 minute walk away, IHOP 3 minute walk away, Really good Pho Restaurant that is open 24 hours about 5 minute walk away, White Spot Restaurant 7 minute walk, 8 minute walk to Dear Lake Park which is a really good spot for jogs and walks. Lots of Fitness Places close by. 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Metrotown (Largest Mall in the Province).
• Amazing Location if you do not have a car, as everything is walking distance and close to public transportation.

• 2 min walk away from Real Canadian Wholesale Club store for convenient grocery shopping
