Golfing, skiing , the Cabot trail all within a easy 1+hour drive, excellent launch point to all your Cape Breton Adventures !
The space
A fully equipped eat-in kitchen for use stocked with dishes, pots/pans, baking ware!
3 cozy bedrooms upstairs (watch your head, the stairway slants at the top :)) The Garden Room, The Sunshine Room and The Seaside Room. Each room has a double bed and cozy bedding with lots of extra blankets on hand!
Desk with chair in the main room downstairs, high-speed internet available for any last-minute work you may have to do while on vacation
2 dedicated seating areas downstairs
Dog bowl & splash matt provided
Long-leash tie-out provided (apx. 20ft - fence is open so if your pup needs help staying in the yard, feel free to use this :))

The whole house and yard is available for your use :) Everything in the house is for guest use , including dishes, furniture, and any games/activities. The fire pit is available for use if you provide wood . A utility shed on the property is locked and for the hosts use only

House Quirks
~ Mind your head on the slanted ceiling at the top of the stair case
~ Watch your step on the walkway coming into the house
~ Cell service is good in the morning if you're sitting on the leather chair
~ The bathroom sink is a little leaky-- There is a blue tupperware container there in case :)
~ Dryer sometimes stays on after the buzzer - please manually turn it off if you leave the house and it's still going
~ Sink makes draining sound when the washer is on - this is normal :)
