Summary: House has been nicely updated and the location is just amazing. We did not cook much but everything we needed was available when we did. The neighbors were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to have us there. House was exactly as advertised, a fact that we have not always been able to say about other rentals. Our first time to Colonial Beach but we will absolutely be back and Picture perfect will be the first place we check for availability.
