Apartment can host up to 4 guests comfortably. One Queen Bed, in a private room, one set of bunk beds and one couch, one full bathroom, Microwave, outdoor grill, Refrigerator, Plates, Knives and Forks, etc... 7-11 , Pizza shop around the corner, supermarket 1/2 mile away, bar and spirits store close by.
The space
You can get to this unit by light rail from BWI. It's 3 stops away but you must switch trains after the second stop. Full warning, these trains are pretty unpredictable. Uber is anywhere from $8-$12 dollars, depending on the surge price. It's less than 3 miles.

This is a separate entrance, separate secure basement unit. Please only park on the left hand side of the driveway (one Space Max) or on the street. There is plenty of on the street parking. Please take the pathway around to the back of the house to enter. There is a combo lock for entry.

There may or may not be people occupying the main house upstairs. They do not have access to your space and you do not have access to theirs. You will both be entitled to use the back yard. Note- It can get loud down in this apt if there are guests checked in upstairs.
