Summary: This property was perfect for our group. It was exactly as pictured. It is right in German town and perfectly situated within walking distance to restaurants, breweries and bars. Easy to get around as well. There are electric scooters EVERYWHERE so you don’t have to walk if you done want to. German Town is safe, vibrant and people are out and about jogging, walking dogs, pushing strollers, etc. daily. Downtown is a quick and easy uber ride. Ubers/Lyft are everywhere so your wait is about 5min for a ride. We walked back from broadway one evening just to see what it was like. The walk took us 20min. Super easy and felt safe. Of course we were 7 dudes, but we passed a few groups of college kids walking from German Town to downtown, so that should tell you something. Overall it was a perfect location and setup for us. Out of the craziness of downtown but close enough to jump in when desired.
