This is a one-of-a-kind property and a rare find in the Shuswap Okanagan region. White Lake is far more peaceful and pristine than other larger area lakes, and simply ideal for fishing, wildlife gazing, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, recreational boating, and swimming. Wildlife is a common sighting around our 3-acre property with 300 feet of lake access. The lower residence is a very spacious 2000 square feet, with lake views and a front door a mere 50 feet from the water's edge. There is an alcove under mature cedars right on the lake with a hammock for your relaxation. Though this is rural property near many hiking trails, it is also convenient to sights (i.e. Margaret Falls, Adams River, and growing Salmon Arm with boutique and trendy stores, restaurants, shopping, summer concerts, movies, waterpark and other local recreation). The boat launch and mooring are for your use, as well as the adjacent fire pit and BBQ. We have upgraded to fiber optic internet and offer a full cable package with sports networks as well on the new OLED television. All utilities and furnishings and kitchen supplies are included. This is only available for 2 weeks or 1 month at a time, not nightly. No pets. No smokers. No parties. ONLY registered visitors are permitted to be on the property, with NO exceptions. The owners abide by a strict code of conduct and cleanliness. $1800/week or $6000/month - maximum occupancy is 4 people. Customary curfew (quiet time) from 10pm-8am. Refer to calendar for available dates. Please stipulate more about yourselves, including # of vehicles and if you intend to bring/park a boat. Per agreement there is an expected damage deposit, returned in full if there is no damage, as well as a customary personal liability waiver to be signed upon arrival.
