The space is setup for feeling relaxed all for you to enjoy the laid-back luxury you deserve. There is an HRV fresh air system that is constantly moving fresh air through the house, a 32 ft solar heated saltwater pool in our private backyard oasis surrounded by nature. The house is set back 800 feet from the road by a forest filled with birds backing onto West Lake(no direct water access). Guests will enjoy an open floor plan living and dining room with large comfortable sectional sofa and TV area to gather and a beautiful dining table that seats 8 to enjoy meals together. Enjoy a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with loads of natural light. Our home is conveniently all on one floor with 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen), the master bedroom features a modern 4 piece en suite bath, the large main spa like bathroom features a skylight, soaker tub, rainwater shower and double vanity. (Maximum Guests-6 adults, 4 children)
Enjoy sunny summer days poolside with comfortable outdoor sectional seating, a shade sail for sunny afternoons, pool loungers, pool floaties and for the cooks in your group you have a large gas BBQ and prep area. Spend your evenings gathered around the stone fire pit with Adirondack chairs or just take in the clear County evening skies for stargazing here at your own private Oasis.
Stay home and cook in the sunlit full chef’s kitchen using fresh local ingredients or step out to enjoy award winning PEC restaurants and some of the best wineries in Canada all within 10-15 minutes of our home.
