A private legal suite in a 2 years new house located next to Princess Park in North Vancouver. The open floor kitchen with 2 large windows and 9 feet high ceiling make the common space very bright and specious.
The suite fully equipped with a full bathhroom, laundry, 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed. Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cooking staffs .The 2 bedrooms can comfortably sleep 4 guests ( each bedrooms has a window) . This house is in the center of North Shore. Easy access to Mount Seymour Mt ski resort, Grouse Mountain and Sypress Mountain skies, 45 mins to Squamish and 1.75 hr to Whistler Black Comb. 5 mins walk to the bus 228, 229 and 230 that stop at Lonsdale Quay to connect the Sea bus to downtown.
If you like nature here you go . Just couple of steps into Princess Park in which there are many different trails. Some trails run down to Lynn Valley Centre, and Lynn Head Water Park, some run up to the mountain to connect different tails and bike routes. ( my smaller garage for guests keep their bikes )
Many elementary schools and high schools are close by, such as Argyle and Sutherland high school, Brooksbank elementary school ... 5mins drive to centre of Lonsdale where can buy most daily supplies such as grocery, medication, sports ect.....
Pick up from and drop off at Vancouver airport might provide with charge if guests communicate with host in advance but not guaranteed
