Surrounded by waterfalls, hiking trails, bald eagles and stunning sunrises and sunsets, there's so much to discover. This four season, contemporary styled home is located just a short drive to local wineries, craft breweries, golf courses, and some of the best restaurants in Nova Scotia.
This vacation home was custom designed and built in 2023. The main floor is bright with a soaring wall of windows to maximize the breathtaking views. The open concept modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The large island is great for gathering and connecting with family and friends. The smart TV is installed on a swivel so it can be viewed from the kitchen island or the living room. Warm up and relax by the European designed wood stove.
The second floor has a primary bedroom with a king size bed, floor to ceiling windows, and room darkening curtains. Wake up to the sound of the lapping waves and a view like you're on the water.
The main bathroom has a rainfall shower with body jets and a Japanese inspired toilet/bidet.
The third floor is the loft which can be converted to a bedroom with a king size bed or 2 twin beds. This space has two 9 foot sliding doors that walk out onto the rooftop terrace complete with 4 luxurious lounge chairs. There is also a small office space on the third floor.
