2 kitchens for you to use (one on the main and one on the upper level)
Each room has a bed that sleeps two people. (5 beds which sleep 10 people) and two pull out sectional sofas which each sleep two people. The house sleeps 14 guests in total.
We have two sectional sofas on the main floor that convert to beds and can sleep additional two people per sofa (4 more total)
The backyard patio furniture/bbq and pool is available to use from April-October. Please message ahead of time if you would like the pool heat turned on for $150 a day, I would require advanced notice as it takes 24-48 hours for heat to be effective. I suggest using heat if you plan to swim in the evenings.
