Located on an excellent fishing lake with a sand bottom, this cottage features private dock, large outdoor fire pit, propane bbq, high speed internet, 5 televisions, 2 Xbox’s, streaming services available, full laundry, dishwasher, huge family room, well appointed kitchen, and a private elevated patio overlooking almost 200’ of private lake front!

No overnight guests/visitors, no parties, no pets (unless previously discussed with owner). Renters are welcome to use the outdoor fireplace, though wood not provided.
